  • Yes. Our properties await you with luxurious Belgian linen sheets, goose-feather comforters, Egyptian cotton towels, and quality soaps and shampoos.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

  • Our kitchens are stocked with everything you might need to cook: pans, pots, utensils and all the electronics necessary. In addition, the backyards are fully furnished and also have a grill where you can enjoy an evening with friends or family.

Do the properties have internet?

  • We know how important internet is nowadays, so we made sure you'll have a high-speed connection while enjoying your stay with us.

Do the properties have cable?

  • We have a complete cable package that offers multiple channels, including movies and football channels.

Is there any beach gear available at the properties?

  • We want to make sure you have a perfect, care-free vacation, so our properties come with everything you might need for a day at the beach.

Are there cribs available for families traveling with younger children?

  • Yes. Our Seacottage is equipped with a Delta Children Portable mini-crib with a thick mattress.

Are all the taxes included in the booking fee?

  • With us, what you see is what you get. Booking directly online on our website or by phone means no extra taxes as you are directly getting in touch with the owners. We have no hidden taxes or fees, everything is included in the final price.

What happens if the water heater or other appliances break down?

  • We are here to help you with whatever you need or happen during your stay. So in case, there are issues with the house appliances, someone will come as soon as possible to fix them.

If there is a larger group renting the property, how many sets of keys are available?

  • We want to make things as easy as possible for you. For this purpose, we've installed special systems that allow you to open the doors via Bluetooth, through a confidential code.

How easy is it to get in touch with the owners?

  • We pride in the fact that you can contact us at almost any hour and you will get a fast reply with answers to all your questions. We are always here for you.

How much privacy do the properties offer?

  • By booking our condos you get all the privacy that an actual home offers. Our duplex has separate entrances and the decks and backyard are very private.

How quiet is the area where the properties are located?

  • Our accommodations are located in very friendly and quiet neighborhoods. So if you want a goodnight's sleep and calm and an overall tranquil vacation, it's a perfect choice.

What are the minimum and maximum stay?

  • The minimum period of booking our accommodations is 4 days. We welcome everyone to stay and enjoy their time in Cardiff-by-the-Sea for as long as they want!

When is the payment due?

  • The reservation deposit will be automatically billed at the time of reservation creation. The remaining balance will automatically be processed 60 days prior to check-in, or on reservation creation date if the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival. All reservations must be paid in full prior to the disbursement of check-in information.

What types of payments are accepted?

  • Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • We perceive a cancellation fee of $120, no matter what are the circumstances of your cancellation. For example, if the cancellation request is received 60 days or more before the check-in date, you will receive a refund, minus the amount of $120. The same goes in case you cancel less than 60 days before check-in if the property is re-rented at the same rate. If the property is re-rented for less than the original rate, you will receive a partial refund equal to the re-rented rate. If the property is not re-rented,, Newcastle HM, LLC or Manchester HM, LLC will retain all payments.

What are the check-in and check-out hours?

  • The check-in starts at 3 pm and the check-out is at 10 am.

How easy is it to arrive in Cardiff-by-the-Sea?

  • Cardiff-by-the-Sea is very easy to get to as it is ideally located very close to San Diego. The fastest and easiest way to arrive is by car if you are traveling from cities like Los Angeles. But if you don't really like driving, there are other very convenient options available as well such as trains and buses or direct flights to San Diego where you can find numerous easy connections to Cardiff.

How close is it located to other beaches and attractions?

  • Cardiff-by-the-Sea is really close to everything! Encinitas is only a 5-minute drive, 10 minutes drive to Del Mar, 15 minutes to Carlsbad and San Diego is only 25 miles south. In addition, you are 10 minutes away from Legoland and at a walking distance to Encinitas Nature Reserve and other beautiful parks.

How is the parking situation around Cardiff-by-the-Sea?

  • There are plenty of parking spaces in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, even close to the beach. So if you want to drive around in your car, there's no need to worry about where to park.

Are parties allowed?

  • While we completely support enjoying some time with friends or family, having a barbeque or a glass of wine on the deck, we have a strict policy against loud parties, large events, kegs, drugs, tents, or loud music. Overcrowding is not permitted.

Is there a noise schedule?

  • Quiet hours are observed between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. You need to recognize that other properties and neighbors are in close proximity and that noise is easily heard when outside.

Are pets allowed?

  • Our house policy doesn't allow any furry friends as guests.

Is smoking allowed?

  • No. Smoking is completely prohibited inside the house.
